CORE CONNECTION YOGA & PILATES

KP Core Connection is a unique online yoga and pilates studio based in the thermal spa town of Luchon, in the French Pyrenees. A variety of classes are taught daily both in french and english in Kate's studio, as well as online for individuals who prefer practicing in their own space.

Kate also teaches in Dax on Saturday mornings. No two classes are the same.

There will always be options so you can explore where you are in your practice and choose what your body and mind are ready for in the moment. Classes focus on helping clients improve their strength, flexibility and balance as well as teaching clients how to connect with their core stability muscles to improve postural alignment, breath control and efficiency.
