My journey to yoga started in 2014 with the traditional form of Astanga and a first in depth 350 h teacher training. A few years later, I discovered Prana Vinyasa®, created by Shiva Rea. I fell in love with this transformative approach to vinyasa based yoga and followed another 200h training. It's set to music, and it is almost guaranteed to raise your vibration, open your heart and set your mind free. Next to Vinyasa, I also teach Yin and integrate Essential oils and massages into my classes for a very relaxing experience.
