I am a holistic wellness coach from France. With over two decades of experience in cultural diplomacy, primarily in Africa and Asia, I've observed during my travels that trauma is a nearly ubiquitous experience. Paradoxically, there is a lack of appropriate solutions or alternatives to conventional treatments for helping individuals and their families in such situations. This reality prompted me to develop a personal healing program called Embrace Life to enhance physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, and relational well-being. My aim is to help individuals dealing with trauma to establish a harmonious balance between the body, mind, and soul, considering overall health and contributing to the creation of a more trauma-informed society.
