SANTOSHA YOGA

Santosha Yoga is a yoga retreat centre nestled in the foothills of the Pyrenees in southern France. We are situated in a small village surrounded by vineyards and sunflower fields.

We are conveniently situated 45 minutes south of Carcassonne in the region of Occitanie. If you are looking for your countryside escape in the south of France, you have found the place.

We host local and international yoga retreats & teacher trainings for up to 15 people and can accommodate groups in English and French. We have a 60 sqm yoga studio and a large terrace that look south over the vineyards towards the distant peaks of the Pyrenees.

There is an enchanting garden for dining outside, and the communal salon and dining room for indoor group dining.
